I got to spend a week in Austin, tx in April riding some of the best trails Texas has to offer. Unfortunately I had no camera, but did take one day off riding trails to do some street riding with my boy J. We rode or little bikes all around the city hitting a lot of good spots in the south and central area. All pic’s were taking by J.

For Bmx Austin, tx is a hot spot in the dirty south. Offering amazing trails, awesome street, and a handfull of skateparks. People from all over the world come to ride austin in the beautiful winter weather time. The other weekend i decided I would take a trip up to Austin the caught up with my bros the do some riding. Thanks to J I was able to come back with some photos enjoy.

Vernon Mckiddie and Ryan Grantom test suspiension with Race tech at Adams chatfields facility. Ryan broke his collarbone at practice for Phenix, Arizona Sx but will be back for this weekend at Houston. Both riders being from Houston have been on many teams togther but this year will be riding for Hooters, Tamer, Cumberland, Moto xxx team. They will be at Honda of Houston this friday 2-15-07 along with Kevin Windham, Jake weimer, Dave Millsaps, Dan reardon, Antonio Balbi, Eric sorby. Mini motar party afterwards for all the have a pit bike.

Before Round 2 at Phenix, AZ a few guys came out the ride their track at Adam Chatfield’s facility. Ryan Villopoto, Jake Wiemer, and Nick Wey get some supercross practice on a beautiful day in california.

Supercross 08

The supercross series kicked off last week with the first round in Anaheim, Ca. Due to poor weather the track was wet and sloppy, but still had some great racing. We hung out at the moto xxx rig whom is vernon mckiddie team for Sx Lites in the East coast.

Beaumont, Ca

The last week of the trip Vernon and I stayed at our friend Adam Chatfields house in Beaumont, Ca. Adam has 3 Sx tracks in his backyard that he lease’s to many of today top pro’s in the Sx series. Vernon is a mad man with the right equipment, he rebuilt the back track in only a few days. Also we built a sweet 6 pack of double for bikes that were really fun to ride.

A day at the Hills

It has been raining none stop over here in california, which means no SX tracks or BMX trails are ridable. So Vernon and I meet up with Adam Chatfield and friends for a day at the hills in Beaumont, california moto style. The rain made the dirt perfect, and pro rider Josh Grant came out with a bobcat to dial in some lips. Due to the poor weather I had no video or still camera but the session was so awesome we came out the next day armed and dangerous and here are the results with good riders and perfect weather……VIDEO COMING SOON!

On our way to California Vernon decided to meet up with Clayton Miller in Navasota, Tx to ride KP’s SX track. The track was really good, and the riding was even better.check the pics.

Dirt Farm Trails are getting dialed daily. Dirt and I have been putting in work getting a new section and even a dirt street course going. We had a little session and here’s a few photo’s we snapped.

Yesterday Vernon took me to a private location where he is building a supercross and motocross track in a secret spot. The supercross track was dialed with a double, triple, rythem section, and narly whoops. Vernon brought out the new kawi 08 practice bike to test the track out for the first time. heres a few photos.-JMc
